We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrimsonAtlasium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We will attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice as specified in the individual service contract. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will cease immediately
- We will provide any completed work as agreed
- Payment obligations for services rendered remain in effect
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
- We may delete your account and associated data
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected service agreement with written notice.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrimsonAtlasium regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
No modification of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties, except for updates to these Terms that we may make from time to time as described herein.
